Spare Ribs Details
The ribs will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 5-7 days from the day they are packaged.
Our certified organic pigs are:
– Free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics.
– Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
– Raised slowly and naturally with care.
– Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
