Cooking instructions: Our meals come in an oven and microwave safe home compostable container. Once thawed, place in a pan on the stove top and slowly bring to a simmer until hot.

Disposing of packaging: Once you’ve licked the packaging clean you can simply tear it up and pop it into your home compost or dispose of in the bin. (Please don’t compost the sticker on the lid).
